Fabrication

 

Cutting

  • Laser, plasma – 3-axis cutting with SigmaNEST dynamic nesting (0.750” max)

  • 5-axis fiber robotic laser

  • Turret – CNC punch press capabilities

  • Material – aluminum, carbon sheet and carbon plate, copper, galvanized and stainless steel

Forming

  • Brake press – 90 to 500 tons with programmable back-gauges

 

Machining

  • CNC vertical and horizontal machining

 

Welding

  • MIG and TIG – robotic, spot/resistance, and hand welding

 

Assembly and Line-Sequencing

  • Light and heavy assembly with line-sequencing capabilities

 

Finishing

  • E-coat – slide rail square transfer system (3’ x 6.75' x 11.6’)

  • Powder coat – paint – 5-stage system (3’ x 6.5’ x 11.5’)

  • Wet paint  (20’ x 10’ x 12’)

  • Metal polish – aluminum and stainless-steel robotic and manual polishing
