IRONFORM SPOTLIGHT ON SAFETY

Safety Training:
Fall Protection & Restraint

Ironform’s Lebanon plant recently attended 3M’s Safety Training course. The class introduced employees to a better understanding of fall forces, restraint vs. energy concepts, fall distances — as well as SRL (self-retracting lifelines) and anchoring devices. Instruction featured demonstrations of the proper use of anchor points, fall protection/restraint, and a drop test.
