At the quotation stage, designs are graded for complexity and tooled to meet the customer’s targeted acceptance criteria.

Products are submitted to Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to validate control assumptions.

All products are subject to full coordinate measuring machine (CMM) layout, with the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submitted for customer approval prior to launch.
